Our recommended carrier for our parcels is DPD, with several options available ranging from next day to shorter time spots. The advantage of shipping to you with DPD is that they will supply you with a 1 hour delivery spot (as long as we have your e-mail address) and it is fully tracked.
Unfortunately, our DPD deliveries do not go to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man. We use Royal Mail for these regions instead. See below for the affected Scottish Highlands and Islands postcodes*.
Please note that while we pay for shipping at the rates and delivery schedules implied by the description, once a package has left us, it is in the hands of the courier gods! There are some seasons where it is wise to assume that despite our couriers' best efforts there will be a delay of an extra day or two, e.g. in the run up to Christmas and the Black Friday/ Cyber Monday period. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
