If you can't lay up your 55x100cm artboards yourself, have no fear as Layout Manager is here!

This new service has fantastic metre rates as we will just print what you send, no checking or reviewing, no artwork changes. At just a few pence a metre more than our ProMetre service, it's still great value and gets you straight into the production queue!

Simply use the Layout Manager link's green button to create your layouts and calculate your metres. Then go back to Layout Manger and pay for the number of metres you have created. Please label each file you send us with your business name, date and the quantity required.

How It Works

  1.  Click on the green 'build your gang sheet' button. This will take you to a separate piece of software.
  2.  Drag and drop your files into the software, defining the quantities and dimensions you would like.
  3.  Please label each file with your business name, date and the quantity required for that file.
  4.  Go through to confirmation (ignore and $ pricing, you don't pay here).
  5. Return to our website and the Layout Manager product.
  6.  Scroll down and purchase the total number of metres you require. Price breaks available at 5m, 10m, 20m and 50m.
  7. Your order will then go straight into our production queue.
  8. Your order is despatched - typically same day (if ordered by 11am and less than 10 metres) or next day.

THE SMALL PRINT
This offer is only available for metre sheets, which have been ganged up by you. 

This service does not include any artwork checking or amendment; we will print the files you send. If there are errors in the artwork, these will need to be resubmitted as a new order by you.

Please be aware that if your files have fades or drop shadows, these will not come out unless you advise us prior to order and payment as it requires different printer settings.

HOT PEEL RECOMMENDATIONS
Recommended press times for standard cotton are 10-15 seconds at 155 degrees and medium pressure. Wait 2 seconds and then peel. This can be reduced to 10-12 seconds at 130 degrees and medium pressure for polyester items. Please note that if working with other surfaces, you are likely to need to reduce the time and/ or temperature slightly. Please experiment with your set up: the transfers work well, but you may need to establish your best combinations.
